There will be three types of submissions at PESW 2024:
Prospective authors are encouraged to submit their contributions through Easychair before the submission deadline.
Submit your paper to PESW 2024
In the case of abstracts, i.e., a work originally published elsewhere, their origins should be indicated in the text. This information is mandatory.
Accepted full papers and abstracts are supposed to be presented at the workshop by the authors. Longer presentation is expected in case of abstract submission (20 min. presentation + 10 min. discussion).
The Proceedings will be distributed electronically and provided with ISBN.
The objective of the Student Poster Session at the PESW Workshop is to provide a forum for the presentation of student works defended this or in the last year (since summer 2023). The presented works must be Bachelor or Master Theses from the field of Embedded Systems. The Thesis supervisor should be mentioned in Acknowledgment.
The Poster authors are encouraged to submit a short abstract (in English) of their work to EasyChair before the submission deadline. Please indicate the "Student poster" in the paper type.
Accepted posters are supposed to be presented at the workshop by the author. The maximum poster size is given by 70 cm in width and 100 cm in height (B1). The poster must contain the identification of the author and the institution of the work defense (e.g. School, Faculty and Department). The posters must be written in the English language.
The Poster authors are encouraged to attend all the other sessions of the Workshop. There is no registration fee for the Poster authors.
The Poster session submissions will not be included in the Workshop Proceedings. However, the list of presented works and the Abstracts will be published at the workshop webpage.
Note: This template is common to all submission types. In case you are submitting just a simple abstract (without sections, tables, figures, ...), just delete the text after the abstract in the template. But anyway, be so kind and read the instructions given in the template text.
