On-line registration

Important for authors! In the registration, please indicate whether you want to include your paper in the proceedings. Only the first author of the respective paper should fill in the response.

Fees

There are no registration fees. All attendees are welcome.

Organization details

• PESW will be organized as a virtual event, on-line only
• On-line access to the conference will be provided via a Zoom meeting. You can use your computer (PC or Mac), tablet, or phone. If you use a tablet or phone, please download the Zoom app in the App Store or Google Play. If you use your computer, you can either download the app (we recommend doing so) or open Zoom via any of the commonly used web browser clients.
• As we aim to avoid any technical disturbances and delays during the workshop, we would like to ask all authors of accepted presentations for
  recording their presentations (e.g., according to the instructions below) and uploading them to this website by November 4. The password is "PESW2020". Please, be so kind and name the presentation file by your surname (e.g., Fiser.mp4).
• Pre-recorded presentations will be streamed only in case of technical problems. Live presentation is highly preferred.

How to prepare a narrated presentation in the Microsoft PowerPoint app

• Open your finalized presentation.
• Select Slide Show > Record Slide Show.
• When ready, select Record and start speaking.
• You can manage your recording using the Pause, Stop, Replay, and Clear functions as well as the Pen, Highlighter, and Erase tools.
• After finishing the recording, please save your presentation and export it as an mp4 (i.e. video) file.
