The best way is to take a taxi. The hotel is ca. 5km far from the airport, i.e., it's up to 10 minutes ride.
Conversely, taking a public transport is not advantageous, since you would have to travel downtown and back (ca. one hour in total).
Take a metro line A to Bořislavka or to Dejvická station. Then follow the instructions below.
